To Candy Buffet or Not to Candy Buffet...

Tuesday, March 17, 2009

When I look at these images from Amy Atlas's weddings, I SO want to do a candy buffet of our own (especially since I am such a sweet tooth, as mentioned before). We nixed the idea of a chocolate fountain a long time ago - but that doens't mean we can't still have some other types of sweets at the wedding! Michael's had a great sale over the weekend where you could use 40% off coupons on one item per day. But that didn't stop me from going to multiple Michaels' per day with multiple people (including Eddie, Connie and Alice unnie) lol. Anyways, we got some good deals on apothecary jars that we can def use in a candy buffet display, and in other decor aspects of the wedding and later in our home! Eddie can get the pretty candy scoops for really cheap at restaurant depot - Score! :)

Here is some eye "candy" for you all - courtesy of the talented Amy Atlas. I know whatever we do won't be half as nice, but it will also be less than half-the-price, so I can live with that. :)
