Christmas Trees and Cesar Haro

Tuesday, November 3, 2009

I hope everyone enjoyed a sweet and safe Halloween! I know we still have another big holiday before Christmas comes around... but I just couldn't resist putting up this post!

If you are like me, you can't wait for Thanksgiving because 1. you are surrounded by loving family, eat to your heart's delight and take a nap after the huge meal, without anyone judging you and 2. because the next day you can start looking for and decorating Christmas trees!!

I love the smell of Christmas trees, which is why I refuse to buy fake ones. My mom collects all kinds of quirky ornaments and it is so fun decorating her tree together. This year, Eddie and I will get our own little tree for our apartment and I can't wait to start collecting our own ornaments for this fun, annual tradition! I already have two ready. One is a Precious Moments ornament with the year we got engaged and the other is one we bought on our honeymoon in Maui. It has a Santa Claus in board shorts sitting with a Hawaiian island girl in a bikini and grass skirt and says "Just Maui'ed". So cute!

If I didn't have the time to decorate on my own, or if I had an office for So Happi Together, I would definitely consider purchasing one of these trees or floral arrangements from Cesar Haro Custom Floral Design.

Cesar has such a great eye for design and you really have to do yourself a favor and check out his store in person. The window display alone is breathtaking and constantly changing. We are working together on a project, that will be revealed in January. But in the meantime, I wanted to share his talents with you all so that you can take advantage of it in time for the holidays!

It's beginning to smell a lot like Christmas!! :)
