Staying within your budget (no matter what that budget is) is always a challenge. I think one of the main reasons why people tend to go over budget is the fact that they don't account for certain expenses that have to do with the wedding, but in less obvious ways. Now, these are not must-have wedding items, but usually little luxuries that brides and grooms like to indulge in while wedding planning. Sometimes, they don't even have to do with the wedding itself!
Case in point, wedding-planning-wardrobe. For most brides, there are at least three occasions that I can think of when they want a nice new something for their wardrobe: engagement session pictures, bridal shower and bachelorette party. Once again, something new is not necessary, but seems to be a trend. H&M is coming out with a new Garden Collection of loverly wears for just about every occasion. All pieces are made from sustainable, organic cottons and linens, recycled polyester and the renewable material tencel. The colors and patterns are perfect for spring and summer events and weddings and I can't wait to snatch up a few items for myself when they hit stores at the end of March.
